Update!

Hello everyone! It's been awhile since I've posted anything here, so I just wanted to give a quick update on what I've been reading lately!

I've been reading manga recently, specifically Haikyuu and My Hero Academia. I also discovered some Chinese manga and novels that took me by surprise. The ones I am really enjoying so far are Here U Are, The Kings Avatar, The Emperor's Strategy, and Waiting for You Online. I haven't been reading much YA lately though, but I'm super excited for Ignite the Stars and Girls of Paper and Fire!

Aside from reading, I've also started watching more anime. I'm currently keeping up with BNHA along with The Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation (a Chinese anime). I'm hoping to start Bungo Stray Dogs and Cells at Work sometime because I've heard a lot about them!

I can already tell this semester will be an extremely busy one, but I'm hoping to at least post a couple times this year. LOL. (If not, I'll still be on Goodreads and Twitter!)

What have you been reading/watching? Or which books on your tbr are you looking forward to? :D

Blog Tour Review & Giveaway: 27 Hours by Tristina Wright

Author: Tristina Wright
Series: Nightshade Saga
Genre: YA, Sci-Fi
Release Date: October 3, 2017
Source: Netgalley
My Rating: 3 stars
Summary From Goodreads:
Rumor Mora fears two things: hellhounds too strong for him to kill, and failure. Jude Welton has two dreams: for humans to stop killing monsters, and for his strange abilities to vanish.
But in no reality should a boy raised to love monsters fall for a boy raised to kill them.
Nyx Llorca keeps two secrets: the moon speaks to her, and she’s in love with Dahlia, her best friend. Braeden Tennant wants two things: to get out from his mother's shadow, and to unlearn Epsilon's darkest secret.
They’ll both have to commit treason to find the truth.
During one twenty-seven-hour night, if they can’t stop the war between the colonies and the monsters from becoming a war of extinction, the things they wish for will never come true, and the things they fear will be all that’s left.
27 Hours is a sweeping, thrilling story featuring a stellar cast of queer teenagers battling to save their homes and possibly every human on Sahara as the clock ticks down to zero.

Mini Reviews: Ward Against Death, Everything Everything, A Boy Called Cin

Here's a collection of mini reviews I was supposed to write forever ago but just got around to recently (why am I like this). In the case for most of these, I read them a year or two ago so the details are a bit fuzzy, but I did make sure to comment on things that really stuck out to me in particular.

Book Tag: BTS

Hello everyone! As some of you might know, I'm a huge fan of kpop. So to celebrate the new album Love Yourself: Her by BTS, one of my favorite kpop groups, I've decided to do a BTS book tag! I've never done a book tag before, so this is especially exciting for me since it combines two of my favorite things! I'm actually surprised that there have been a couple different BTS book tags created, but the one I've chosen is from Rosek's blog on Amino

To be honest, I have a hard time picking my favorite anything, so most of these are just based off of books I've read recently!
