Tackle Your TBR Read-A-Thon

This is the first read-a-thon I have participated in, so I'm pretty excited to finally tackle my never ending growing stack of books! I have been SUPER busy with school lately, therefore I may not update very often. I barely had time to post this one.

My goal during these two weeks is to read at least 3-4 books and visit other peoples' blogs and see what they are reading. I also want to participate in some challenges because those look fun, but it all depends how much time I have.

Tuesday:

Books Currently Reading: The Bitter Kingdom by Rae Carson
Percent Done: 42%
Books Finished: The Sea of Tranquility by Katja Millay

  1. Ooooh! The Bitter Kingdom! I'm jealous you've got that one. I'm still waiting to get my hands on a copy. I have The Sea of Tranquility from NetGalley and still haven't read it. I'm trying to give NA a try and I heard that fit in that genre. Did you like it?

    1. The Sea of Tranquility is now one of my all time favorite books. It's AMAZING. If you liked Hopeless then this book is for you. Josh Bennett is just so swoon worthy. *Sigh* I could ramble on and on about this book. I will probably post a review soon if I can squeeze it in. As for the Bitter Kingdom, I actually won it in a giveaway so I feel extremely lucky. I love this trilogy so much, I squealed like a fan girl when I received it in the mail. I'm going on the Dark Days Tour as well so I can't wait to meet Rae Carson!

    2. That is awesome that you'll be seeing Rae Carson! Most tours aren't real close to me, but I do have Epic Reads coming here with Marissa Meyer (Cinder) and I can't wait to meet her and have her sign my books!!! I will definitely have to read The Sea of Tranquility now. =D

    3. I'm really excited, it'll be the first tour I've ever attended! No one ever comes near where I live too, so I know how it feels. Lol. And I might see Marissa Meyer as well on the Fierce Reads tour! I haven't read Cinder yet, but if I read it before the end of this month, I'll go see her. She actually came to our public library about a year ago for a book signing, but I missed that. And yay! It truly is a wonderful read.

    5. Hahaha, I know *ashamed face*. I actually saw Scarlet at B&N today which reminded me of how I need to read Cinder, but for some odd reason I couldn't find it. I will definitely borrow it from the library though!!
