Why I'm Waiting:


I love all things Alice in Wonderland, so of course I'm excited for A Mad Zombie Party! I loved Cole and Allie in the first three books, and I'm excited to read about Frosty's story!

    I have the first one on my shelf, got it as a gift. I'm not such a fan of zombies, though... I hope I'll love it, cause! As much as you loved the books so far. =)

      I rarely read zombie books as well, but I couldn't turn it down because ALICE IN WONDERLAND! I hope you read it soon!

    Ooh I haven't read this series but not a huge zombie fan. Another Alice retelling I know of is a contemporary one called Alice in Wonderland High. Have you read that one?

      I haven't, but I'll have to check it out now! Thanks for telling me! Another one of my favorite Alice retellings is the Splintered series by AG Howard. SO GOOD!

    I haven't read this series yet... But I do have the first book so I should probably read it soon... I'm just not the biggest into zombies in books for some reason. Granted, I have only read a couple. Maybe that should change. Great pick this week!

    I thought this was a trilogy, but cool that it isn't -- this series has good covers. I hope you enjoy!

      I think it was originally supposed to be a series! I'm not complaining about having another book though! :D But it seems like the fourth one is in Frosty's POV while the first three books were in Ali/Cole's POV.

      I read a few books from her Lords of the Underworld series, but I still enjoyed the White Rabbit Chronicles more. :D They were still good though! I hope you read it soon!

    Zombies! Oh, I love me some zombie slayers!! Yeah! I should have started this series by now, especially since it's about Alice In Wonderland. I adore retellings, so that's another reason to start on these books. Besides, Showalter is an AWESOME writer, I've heard. So this is a TERRIFIC choice! Goodreads, I'm heading over to you right now!

      This is the perfect novel for you then! It kind of has a similar feel to the Strange and Deadly trilogy by Susan Dennard.
